INSTALLATION FOR SOIL PUNCTURE AND EXPANSION OF HORIZONTAL WELLS IN TRENCHLESS UNDERGROUND UTILITIES


Purpose of the development: The unit is designed for trenchless laying of underground pipelines under railway and tram tracks, roads, pedestrian walkways and small architectural forms (arbors, kiosks, etc.).

Recommended application field: Mechanical Engineering.

Technical characteristic: Laying of underground communications: diameter - 350 mm; length - 50 m; pioneer puncture diameter - 65 mm; The weight of the equipment - 450 kg.

The presence of regulatory support on the frame allows more precise place setting with respect to the horizontal plane on an uneven bottom of the pit. Stiffeners are to reinforce the base plate and at the same time are a place of attachment lugs cylinders. The presence of holes in the base plate is necessary, both to facilitate the design and the process for extracting a component from a horizontal rod hole. Using the process of regulating strips selection angle to the horizontal axis of the pipeline that is needed for the formation of inclined holes especially in gravity sewer piping. The use of two parallel working cylinders allows to increase the maximum possible load in two times in comparison with using a single cylinder, as well as improve the stability of the installation of the deviation in the direction and lifting it upward. Clamping device as a casing, a prism, and a cam thrust flange enables to fix the composite rod in two different ways. The first method of fixing - a clamping rod in the prism composite by means of an eccentric which has a landing groove. Thus, the composite bar is rigidly fixed in the clamping device and is fixed relative to the installation. Rigid fixation of the composite rod with installation required for accurate directions puncture during the passage of the piercing tip of the first meters of the horizontal well. The second method for fixation - a locking rod integral with the thrust flange, which is attached to the housing of the clamping device and the locking pin, which is inserted into the hole composite rod. This avoids slippage composite rod in the clamping device at maximum loads and simplify the process of extracting rods with simultaneous extension of the well. The presence of holes in the composite link rod deployed towards each other at an angle of 90 °, increases its resistance to bending, which is very important when the puncture hole to large distances (from 30 m to 50 m). Attached along the piercing tip stabilizers and guide rod on top of the cone increase resistance passage piercing tip along a predetermined path at a puncture on the verge of soil layers with different properties and meeting him with stony inclusions. The use of expanders in the installation kit allows you to create a well larger in diameter than the puncture, which expands the scope of the installation. Capturing by means of which are attached to expanders rod integral with the back side, has an external thread, which at the preceding hole extending rod component is incremented. Thus, if the previous extensions necessary to execute two or more, then after each such larger component borehole diameter rod is already in the hole, it does not require special administration rods. Furthermore, each spreader has a skirt to which is attached via pins of suitable diameter pipe that allows ream simultaneously with the pipeline.
