At the heart of the development is the implementation of the principles of physical and chemical design and elements of self-organization reaction volumes of the components that make up the fuel-rich layered system with the specified parameters. Synthetic iron composite - type iron material for blast furnace charge redistribution, which is produced in the form of spherical particles sinters granules and combines the best metallurgical properties of sinter and pellets. The synthesized model of structure formation of the mineral fuel layer in the preparation of the hybrid sintering of iron ore feed material. 2. The models, algorithms and information technologies allow qualitatively and quantitatively reproduce the spatial structure of the layer with the fuel pellets at different initial conditions of simulated operations: - Control the synthesis of structure formation in the layer composite mineral fuel; - Programming technological properties of the end product of a hybrid domain for redistribution; - Study of the effect on structure formation and the ratio of fuel pellets for persistent compositions.
