TECHNOLOGY OF MAGNETIC PURIFICATION OF LIQUID, GASEOUS AND LOOSE MEDIA FROM FERROMAGNETIC CONTAMINATING IMPURITIES


Purpose of the development: The Na tional University of Water management and Nature Resources Use( Rivne, Ukraine) suggests to produce and introduce magnetic sediments filters and filte rs separators for effective removal of ferromagnetic corrosion products and other impurities from technological liquid, gaseous and loose media of the rmal and nuclear stations, metallurgy, gas, chemical and gas industries.

Recommended application field: Enterprises of heat and power engineering, thermal power stations, boiler r oom, state regional electric station, metallurgical, alcohol, chemical, glass and food enterprises.

Technical characteristic: Technical details: • high level of media purifi cation from macro and microferroparticles (85-98%); • high –quality and rapid, during 3-5 min., reduction of magnetic-adsorbtion characteristics of f ilters separators and sediments filters; • intensive magnetization of filtering ferromagnetic loading fields(10. ..70)•103 А/м; • high-speed purific ation regime –up to 5,0м/sec; • sediment utilization; • opportunity to work in the required technological regime: continuous, short-lasting and peri odical. • media purification from ferromagnetic as well as paramagnetic impurities; • opportunity to purify loose, liquid and gaseous media of vario us aggressiveness with temperature up to 500?C; • removal of contaminating impurities 10-0,1 ? and the less; • reiterated utilization of t he wastes in metallurgy, glass and alcohol industries; reduction of environmental contamination.

Technical and economic effect: The introduction of technology allows to increase the reliability and long lasting service life of the equipment, to increase the product quality, to exclude or reduce emergency stop of t he equipment, to reduce short production of the finished product, emission of contaminated liquid or gaseous media in the environment.

The sugge sted technology of magnetic purification of liquid, gaseous and loose media allows to effectively(85-98%) remove ferromagnetic contaminating impuritie s from technological media in various industries. Sedimentation of ferromagnetic contaminating impurities is effected in the volume of magnetized fer romagnetic filtering loading where force factor reaches the value of 1•1012-1•1015 А2/м3. The efficiency of such technology is examined at the enter prises of thermal industry, metallurgy, chemical, glass and alcohol industries. All enterprises gave positive effect (with purification efficiency 80- 95%). The seller has a great experience in the field of magnetic purification of liquid and gaseous media. Scientific developments, constructions, r egime parameters and schemes were granted more than 140 patents (Ukraine, USA, Germany, Sweden, Italy, India, Japan, Russia, France).
