Purpose of the development: Technology of dry building mixtures prod uction for indoor and outdoor use, using both the traditional gypsum binder, and phosphogypsum binder (large-waste of phosphoric acid production), is proposed. Use of this technology can significantly improve the performance of material that provides a significant economic effect.

Recommended application field: The technology c an be implemented in the construction industry, on enterprises that produce dry building mixtures and building products.

Technical characteristic: Technology of gypsum binder manufacturing from phosphogypsum. Characteristics: strength after two hours of solidification in air 12 ... 16 MPa and sufficiently long solidifica tion time periods (the start of solidification above 25 minutes) Technology of complex superplasticizer manufacturing for gypsum binder. Features: provides a gypsum binder with water need 0.28 ... 0.38 ... 12 and strength 20 MPa. Technology of waterproof gypsum and phosphogypsum binder manufact uring. Characteristics: strength 14 ... 20 MPa, the rate of softening above 0.6.

Technical and economic effect: As a result of research several innovations are dev eloped: complex additives-modifiers to reduce water need and increase strength of gypsum and phosphogypsum binders on the basis of superplasticize r additives; rational production technology of dumping phosphogypsum binder based on the dumping phosphogypsum-dihydrate; technology of dry building mixtures production based on modified gypsum binders for the production of floor fillers, painting mortars and putties

A study of effective m ultifunctional plaster systems’ modifiers is conducted on the basis of modern superplasticizers and the possibility of a substantial increase in the s trength of gypsum and phosphogypsum binders when using them is determined. The optimum composition of high-quality gypsum dry building mixtures based on modified gypsum and phosphogypsum binders with filler – phosphogypsum-dyhidrate – usage is established.
