Purpose of the development: Designed for briquetting fine coal crumbs and dust, as well as the charge and iron-manganese concentrate.

Recommended application field: Iron and steel industry.

Technical characteristic: - Viability - 2 hours; - Solidification at 1 - 35 degrees C - 24 hours; - Shrinkage - not more than 1.3%; - Water absorption - 0.3%; - Decomposition temperature - 220 degrees. C; - Guaranteed shelf life of the finished briquettes - 7 years.

Advantages over analogues: - Briquetting of raw materials (crumbs, dust), which is stored in the open air, does not require pre-service training; - High weather resistance makes it possible to keep the binder formed briquettes outdoors; - On combustion and processing of briquettes does not form harmful compounds that would affect the quality and properties of steel products; - The technology of production, use and maintenance of briquettes - environmentally safe and economically beneficial; - In the production of the binder used domestic raw materials.
