Purpose of the development: The results of the research in the form of recommendations and innovative technologies are offered to all interested object of national program fulfillment: geologists, research institutes, design institutes, pits for acquiring the necessary equipm ent and new technologies adoption. The results or research work are patented for the useful model, publications in open press.

Technical characteristic: There is developed the technology of the extracti on of heavy metals from basalt.

The development stage readiness: tested in laboratory condition

Technical and economic effect: It was proved as a result of the research that approaches to basalts, grayish-brown and dark brown tuf f mining that we get by copper extraction can be used in many ways in national economy not only as raw materials to get building materials but also as a source of poly-metal ores, as a high efficient fertilizer, growth stimulator for animals and plants.

There was developed methodology of testi ng of specific jointing and the character of mosaic structure of the rock of the ledge of the Rafalivsk basalt open pit; the recommendations on how to increase economic efficiency of the drilling-demolition works in Rafalivsk open pit; the methodology of determination of dependence of the specific j ointing and the character of mosaic structure of the rock on the ledge of ballast open pit height; there are determined the rational methods of raw ma terials preparation, the ways of their mining, there was formulated the general principle their complex treatment.
