APPLICATION OF VOLUME-WAY REGENERATIVE FUEL COMBUSTION FOR HEATING THE METAL IN INDUSTRIAL FURNACES

Technical and economic effect: As a result of the volume-regenerative method of combustion in furnaces solve the problem of quality metal heating, fuel economy and reduce harmful emissions into the atmosphere by industrial furnaces. Solves the problems associated with modern and economical way of organizing combustion, uniform and standard metal heating in the furnace unit, with deep disposal of flue gases emitted into the atmosphere in the highly regenerative heat exchangers. Released problems of economic and efficient use of fuel in industrial heating furnaces reduce pollution in areas with well-developed metallurgical and engineering industry.

Learn the principles of the organization of space-regenerative fuel combustion in heating industrial furnaces of various types. Developers provide sound recommendations on the reconstruction and modernization of heating furnaces, as well as work out technical solutions for the design of industrial heating furnaces of various types for the purpose of their equipment with modern heat recovery devices in conjunction with burners for bulk fuel combustion. Using an adapted mathematical model for calculating the thermal performance of furnaces with torch and space-regenerative combustion process developers perform developing a modern and efficient heating system furnaces to improve the quality of heating, energy saving and environmental protection. Problems that are solved with respect to heating of the metal in the fuel furnaces: - Due to the high temperature heating air for combustion in the furnace, fuel consumption is reduced for the implementation of the process. The use of regenerative heat exchangers with high surface area makes it possible to reduce heating fuel consumption by 25-50% depending on the initial state of the object reconstruction. In the new furnaces using the proposed activities have the opportunity to bring your energy to perform the heating process to theoretically based; - Creating a controlled atmosphere furnace allows to reduce the amount of scale formed during the heating; - Reduction of specific fuel consumption for heating of the metal leads to a corresponding reduction in the amount of harmful emissions to the atmosphere coming from the furnace; - The creation of a working space heating furnace uniform temperature field leads to increased uniformity and uniformity of heating of the metal and its quality; - Lack of high-volume zones during regenerative combustion which are characteristic of processes in existing flare furnaces except for reducing the amount of scale, gives a reduction in fuel costs and the rate of formation of harmful substances leads to savings mode of operation of the furnace lining and increased its life.
