Technical and economic effect: In the developed software control complex built "training simulator" for the training of agglomeration factories, which allows on the basis of expert knowledge to demonstrate the results from the adoption of certain decisions, make recommendations regarding the process of firing pellets, specify when and where mistakes were made and what they affected. This helps improve the quality of staff and sintering plants to reduce the time for its preparation.

Motivation of development: the need to improve the quality of traditional sinter and pellets due to changes in raw material base in the region; increasing the proportion of fine components in the mixture, the need to reduce energy costs and environmental improvement of industrial areas. Results: the developed software "Burnsim", which allows the calculation of an integrated process parameters firing pellets on a conveyor kiln car, namely to predict the temperature of the pellets, the gas temperature, the strength of the pellets, the degree of removal of moisture, the degree of decomposition of limestone, magnetite oxidation degree the oxidation of solid carbon fuel and performance of the process according to the following input data. Using as an advisor in the management of master firing pellets can achieve the required quality pellets with a decrease in natural gas consumption. The developed software is protected by an inventor's certificate №32460 Ukraine.
