Description of the development:

Create a service energy management of the University, a program of energy conservation, which has been adopted and implemented. An energy audit of energy resources (FER) and carries out constant monitoring of the fuel and energy consumption thanks meters installed. Built autonomous boiler for heating three buildings installed solar water heating system for the main building and two dormitories, being replaced old windows with modern energy-saving, high-efficiency heating radiators installed. At Solar conducts research and laboratory work carried out by scientists and students. Popularization of energy conservation is carried out in the teaching of subjects: "Energy saving systems", "Engineering Thermodynamics", as well as scientific and technical conferences, exhibitions and seminars.
