When operating the diamond wheels must comply with the basic rules: - Following must be installed on the mandrels or flanges, with which they should not be removed until all wear; - Tool should be carefully prepared to work and firmly secured to the spindle, which correspond to the standards of accuracy requirements for equipment for the diamond processing; - Clean contaminated surface diamond layer on an organic binder produce pumice. Edit (profiling) of the diamond layer is made of circles to restore the precision mold, remove the defects of the working surface, the formation of the desired profile. Usually, editing is performed without cooling. The most effective kind of editing is grinding diamond layer abrasive wheels. Edit circles made of DL and short vitrified grit one or two rooms above the grit wheels made of superhard material. Hardness circles CM1-M1 for editing tool on an organic binder, and the finer the grain range of superhard material, the softer the circle should be used for editing.
