Diamond pastes have on the work surface chemical and mechanical effects. They form a fine emulsion, contributing to a more uniform distribution of diamond in the work area. The paste includes surfactants that facilitate washing parts and removed from the treatment zone flammable liquid and formed in the slag processing and swarf. Diamond paste produced normal (N) increased (P), and high concentration (B) versus the mass fraction of the diamond powder in the paste, affecting the ability of the abrasive. Abrasive material amount is characterized by the ability, per unit of time of grinding. In other words, by increasing the proportion of the mass of diamond powder in the paste increases productivity. Agreed with the customer is possible to produce pastes with the necessary mass proportions diamond paste, without dye and the use of non-standard grit diamond powders. Depending on the consistency of the paste pasty divided into (M) and fixed (T). Mazeobraznye paste supplied to consumers in the syringe 5, 10, or 20 grams, and the tubes 40 or 80 grams with 500 and 1000 grams, the solid paste - in special cases. In agreement with the consumer a different kind of packaging. Depending on the composition of the paste bases are divided into: 1.
