Purpose of the development: Pastes are used for finishing and polishing of parts of aircraft, precision bearings, locking brake systems and pneumatic units (taps, valves, hydrocyclones), fuel equipment (plunger valves), tooling, as well as for roughing large parts and assemblies.

Recommended application field: Processing equipment, parts and assemblies in the field of mechanical engineering.

Advantages over analogues: Domestic paste the same quality as foreign, but more affordable.

Abrasive paste CT - composition of the classified by grain titanium carbide powders, binders and surfactants. Abrasive pastes are available in a range of grit sizes: grinding powders - 630/500 - 50/40; micropowders - 60/40 - 2/1. Depending on the mass fraction of titanium carbide powder, which varies in the range of 20-60%, the concentration of the paste may be normal (N) and higher (P). The consistency of the paste produced mazeobraznye (M) and fixed (T). Selection of pasta grain consumption and depend on the type of processing. Suitable diluents paste fat-based recommended to use car or jet oil, kerosene, gasoline; on water-washable base - alcohol, water. Laps must be used in cast iron MF 18-36, copper, brass, glass, IL-5, wood (birch, oak, beech), vinyl plastic, felt, PCB and others.
