Purpose of the development: The automated installation is a high-pressure (AUVD) for the integrated study of the effect of hydrostatic pressure and temperature on the elastic and spectral characteristics of the liquid and solid functional materials.

Recommended application field: Experimental studies of the parameters of liquid and solid functional materials.

Technical characteristic: The working pressure range - from 0.1 to 1000 [MRa]. Operating temperature - +5 to + 100 [° C]. The volume of the material - 5 * [cm3]. Working diameter channel HPC - 12 [mm]. Working movement of the piston - 30 [mm]. The working length of the cylindrical channel part - 45 [mm]. Temperature sensor - a copper-constantan thermocouple. Sensitivity temperature recording - 0.1 [° C]. The accuracy of the registration and maintain the temperature of ± 0.5 [° C]. Pressure Sensor - manganin coil R ~ 143.5 Om. The sensitivity of the pressure recording - 1 [MRa]. The accuracy of registration and maintenance of pressure ± 10 [MRa]. * Possible to manufacture high-pressure boiler to a larger volume of the material

The working fluid (PES-3) is automatically compressed with a hydraulic press, which transmits the force to the piston pressure chamber (HPC). Hydraulic unit with pump and press regulate the pressure in the ARC Command PC program control unit installation. Creating and maintaining the pressure and temperature in the HPC automatically. In real-time in the experiment recorded pressure, temperature, volume and compressibility factor. Data documentation is being graphically and as a text file. High-pressure chamber can be manufactured in two versions - with optical windows and without optical windows. Separately, it can be made any parts and components AUVD. Available for AUVD spectral instrument.
