The device is controlled software DTmaster c Russian / English user interface, common to all cyclers DT series with the detection of PCR results in real time. Software allows easy and intuitive operation using the function "Test", which significantly reduces the time an operator to establish protocols and minimizes the possibility of errors. Also, the software contains applications for the quantification of DNA / cDNA analysis of melting curves, determine the level of gene expression, study biocenoses and SNP-analysis allows to use the "additional standards" and create research protocols with automatic interpretation of the results.
