Purpose of the development: - Preparation of alloys with melting alloy components and stirring the alloy; - Heating and temperature control of the liquid alloy with its electromagnetic mixing; - Vacuum refining of molten alloy with its electromagnetic mixing; - Modification of the alloy with its electromagnetic mixing; - Adjust the software fills the alloy into a mold under the influence of electromagnetic pressure; - Crystallization of the casting under the combined effect on the alloy crystallizes electromagnetic and pneumatic pressure; - Temperature control of the molten alloy in the crucible during solidification of the casting.
