Purpose of the development: Magnetodynamic holding furnace for heating, dispensing and pouring of molten metals (iron and steel) for pulsing lines of casting flask and flaskless molding.

Technical characteristic: Made Designs magnetodynamic holding furnace capacity of 1600, 2500, 4000 and 6300 kg of iron. They provide feed speed metal at casting - 1-15 kg / s; performance cast iron casting on automatic - 6400-25000 kg / h; performance heating iron at 1000 ° C - 2500-10000 kg / h; specific energy consumption: by pouring iron into molds - 10-20 kWh / m *; when exposed - 30-60 kW / h * t.

Advantages over analogues: The mixer-dispenser allows to: improve the quality of cast iron, including due to secondary treatment; to reduce energy consumption by 7-10%, which has a positive effect on the cost of casting production; increase the yield of casting 5-12%; reduce waste and main alloying elements 2-5%; automate the process of casting iron by 20-25%; reduce harmful impact on the environment. Such equipment can also be used for secondary treatment and electromagnetic casting.

These mixers can be used as storage and heating by induction. This equipment combines the functionality of a channel induction furnace, and an electromagnetic pump. The novelty of the use of technical solutions is confirmed by patents in the United States, Japan, Germany, France.
