Purpose of the development: GAMODAR process is recommended for the respective purposes of castings and high-alloyed iron, carbon and alloy steel, non-ferrous alloys for automotive and tractor, valve industry, agricultural machinery.

Technical and economic effect: The proposed technology allows to reduce capital expenditures 2.5-3.0 times, as well as deadlines for putting into operation of production - by 1.5-2.0 times.

The technology of casting on gasified models with metal crystallization under high pressure and equipment for its implementation of the system of environmental protection in the organization of production in different capacities. The new technology can be used to produce castings from 0.2 to 500 kg in small series, serial and mass production and ensures high accuracy of the castings.
