TECHNOLOGY FOR PRODUCING OF LARGE CASTINGS SAND MOLD ON GASIFIED MODELS (FULL MOULD PROCESS)
Purpose of the development:
Technology Full-Mould process (FMP) produces molded castings made of cast ductile iron, steel and non-ferrous alloys on single models made of polystyrene.

Foundry.

Description of the development:
() Models are manufactured from polystyrene by methods figure stock removal polystyrene block (y <= 0,03 g / cc), followed by bonding with synthetic adhesives (BP-6 and PVA).
Manufactured and painted fire-resistant paint pattern formed in conventional casting flasks together with a model of the gating system and the flue gas system. As the moldable mixture is used for molding self-hardening mixture of silica sand and water glass or synthetic resins. Gasification pattern occurs during casting a metal.
Flue gas supply occurs via a special
venting system to vent suction system with subsequent combustion. Casting weight - without restrictions.
