Advantages over analogues: Compared with traditional sand-clay molds increases: - Utilization of metal - up to 85-90%; - The yield - up to 75%. Reduce costs: - Electricity - up to 300 kW per 1 ton of casting; - Molding Materials - 1000 kg per 1 ton of casting; - The raw material - 0.4-0.5 tons per 1 ton of casting.

Technical and economic effect: Casting Cost is reduced by 20-30% with an increase of metal quality and performance.

The new technology provides high accuracy of the castings is simple and versatile, allows the production of castings from ferrous and non-ferrous alloys, without changing production techniques. Catalytic thermal decomposition products decontamination and recycling of polystyrene molding sand provides ecological cleanliness of the process.
