Purpose of the development:
The technology of producing castings in small-scale, mass production and mass weight from 0.2 to 500 kg and equipment for its realization in the shops with capacity of 100-5000 tonnes per year.
Recommended application field:
Foundry.
Advantages over analogues:
Compared with traditional sand-clay molds increases:
- Utilization of metal - up to 85-90%;
- The yield - up to 75%.
Reduce costs:
- Electricity - up to 300 kW per 1 ton of casting;
- Molding Materials - 1000 kg per 1 ton of casting;
- The raw material - 0.4-0.5 tons per 1 ton of casting.
