Ukrainian Institute has developed a technology of manufacturing shaped castings made of alloyed steel with a minimum allowance for machining by creating a mold of high speed cooling - 100-1000 / s. Dispersion cast structure is created with minimal phase separation, no large metallic phases which lead to embrittlement provides higher doping solid solution increases the strength and toughness of the steel. Variety of technologies allow to exclude the operation of the hardening heat treatment, since the conditions are martensitic transformation during cooling of castings; provide opportunities for the use of the casting heat heating during hardening, normalizing and annealing. The technology allows to automate the process by creating a casting foundry machines and production lines, use of secondary raw materials in a closed technological cycle.
