NEW CASTING ANTIFRICTION ALLOYS OF THE FE-CU-SP SYSTEM
Purpose of the development:
Novel anti-friction alloys casting system Fe-Cu-SP. The use of alloying elements Cu-SP provides education in the structure of the cast alloys, except high inclusions of copper, special non-metallic phases which are due to the physico-chemical and structural characteristics serve as a solid lubricant (MoS2, graphite, etc.).
Recommended application field:
Foundry.
Advantages over analogues:
Alloys provide friction durability nodes 1.5-2 times higher than when using BrO10F, and BrO9Ts3S2 BrA9Zh4 under marginal lubrication with a load of 5 to 30 MPa and a sliding speed of 1.2 m / min., And the required level of casting characterized by properties and do not require complex processes.
