Purpose of the development: Ukrainian Institute has developed a technology to produce high-strength, stainless chromium steels, which are intended for the production of parts and components for industrial equipment with high resource use.

Recommended application field: Chemical, food, oil refining, automobile, tractor, power engineering, shipbuilding, forging and pressing, rolling production.

Advantages over analogues: Steel 08H13AF type (A) and (20-65) H13AF (A) higher than standard ferritic 08H13 (L) and martensitic (20-65) X13 (L) on the following parameters: - Strength - 150-400 MPa; - Toughness - 1.5-2 times; - Endurance gr.tsel 500-600. - 35-45%; - Long-term strength of 500-600 gr.tsel. (Time to failure) - 15-20 times; - Durability - in 2.5-3 times; - Corrosion resistance - in 2,0-2,5 times; - Fluidity - in 3-5 times; - Crack during casting and welding - 2-2.5 times; - Weldability - 20-25%; - Hardenability - 1.5-1.7 times; - Energy and labor costs in the cold box - 2-2.5 times lower.
