Filter unit consists of a ventilation balloon, filter, air and truck. Welding fumes trapped air intake device directly at the source of its formation, through the air reaches the filter, which is purified of harmful substances ejected into the environment. Performance venting - 1500 ... 2000 m? / h, air cleaning efficiency - 99.5%, lifetime filter element - at least 3 months, the length of duct is 200 mm in diameter 10 m. Filter materials are selected depending on welding method used and the type of welding material.
