The design of the filter for cleaning the flow (water flow) in the form of a cylindrical structure made of stainless calibrated (a circle in cross section) wire wound spirally, wherein the spiral coils have a predetermined guaranteed across the gap step and attached by means of resistance welding to the terminals located forming the inner cylindrical structure. Dimensions of the filter (length, diameter) may be any. The quality of cleaning depends on the gap between the turns, which is also specified and can be almost anything. A method of manufacturing cylindrical structure twisted filter, which is implemented using a device consisting of a spiral winding of a predetermined pitch of the filter is continuously tightens wire device determining the place of the nugget, forming apparatus set welding parameters, a source for resistance welding. Equipment for forming and welding of cylindrical filter is an automated installation. The developer is available for the installation of industrial production cylindrical twisted variable filter parameters.
