LASER CUTTING OF METALLIC AND NONMETALLIC MATERIALS
Purpose of the development:
The technology is designed for laser cutting of sheet materials on the set contour. Cutting black and stainless steel up to 6 mm; cutting wood, cardboard, plywood and 30 mm; cutting of plastic and organic glass thickness up to 40 mm; Cutting rubber carbide compounds and so on.
Recommended application field:
Industrial enterprises.
Advantages over analogues:
In comparison with the micro plasma cutting with laser greatly increases the accuracy (about 0.01 mm), there is no taper cutting; cutting width of up to 0.7 mm, which significantly reduces the amount of waste that makes environmentally friendly technology; improved working conditions, no such characteristic plasma cutting hazards such as noise, glow arcing is significantly reduced emission of harmful aerosols; it is possible to cut the non-conductive material of great thickness.

Description of the development:
() The proposed process of laser cutting is cutting the sheet material of any given circuit under the influence of laser power up to 1 kW. Erosion products are removed from the zone of action of the radiation jet air-oxygen mixture. The equipment includes fast flow laser technology, three-axis manipulator, a mirror of the optical path, a cutter with a focusing lens. Dimensions of the cut sheet depends on the size of the manipulator and are generally in the range of 2 meters. Cutting speed 30 ... 30,000 mm / min, a cutter positioning accuracy of better than 5 m / m. The proposed three-axis laser cutting technology, equipment and tooling implemented on an industrial scale.
