Purpose of the development:
Production of welded heat exchangers.
Recommended application field:
Welded heat exchangers (radiators) can be used in car and tractor, aviation industry, refrigeration and compressor stations, air conditioning, etc.
Advantages over analogues:
Production of heat exchangers made of aluminum and its alloys using electron beam welding can reduce the 3 ... 4 times the weight characteristics of the radiator as compared to conventional copper or brass, and also to increase by 40 ... 50% of the heat-engineering parameters.

Description of the development:
() Developed environmentally friendly non-waste technology of manufacturing high-performance heat exchangers made of aluminum and its alloys using electron beam welding. Basic operation of the technology easy to automation and mechanization. Application of electron beam welding in conjunction with the finned tubular elements tubesheet provides uniform strength welded joints to the base metal, the almost complete absence of deformation and saving the original state thin stiffening ribs.
