A fundamentally new design of hip replacements with a set of tools for joint replacement. Elements of the implant made of new domestic titanium alloys for medical purposes with plasma spraying of bioceramic materials based on hydroxyapatite, which provides a more efficient and fast connection of the endoprosthesis with the bone tissue and provides a reliable protection from the interaction of the metal base of the endoprosthesis with a living organism. Bio-ceramic femoral head is made of high-purity aluminum oxide and a method of forming a microwave sintering of powder. For the manufacture of acetabular liner developed modified high molecular weight polyethylene.
