Purpose of the development: Round link chains made of high-strength titanium alloys are used for securing cargo in the salons of aircraft. The developed technology allows to manufacture welded chain for aviation, shipbuilding and motor vehicles.

Recommended application field: Transport.

Advantages over analogues: The high corrosion resistance of titanium chains increases their service life by several orders of magnitude.

Round link chains of titanium alloys are made by welding under vacuum shock in special devices. Welded chain caliber 8.5 mm provides a tensile strength of 8000 ... 8500 kg. The use of high strength welded chains titanium alloy enables to reduce the weight of aircraft flight and increase the life of the chains. Products have been pilot tested.
