TECHNOLOGY OF THE MODIFICATION OF PRODUCTS SURFACE, WORKING UNDER EXTREME CONDITIONS
Purpose of the development:
The technology can be used for wear-resistant surfacing hardening, to restore areas of deterioration in the exhaust gas turbine blades or "healing" defective areas on the newly cast blades, repair gas fittings or other components operating in complex loading conditions.
Recommended application field:
Repair and restoration of equipment and components operating under load.
Advantages over analogues:
The technology allows to put any complex alloys on the surface of carbon, low-alloyed and high-alloyed steels and superalloys.

Description of the development:
() The technology is applied to the surface of the treated area metered quantities of powdered additives with subsequent melting in vacuum by an electron beam under controlled heat input, with the minimal volume of the base metal refining. This preserves the original structure of the base metal, even though the deposited layer is welded to the base, no cracks, and the pores observed minimal thermal effect.
