WEAR-RESISTANT AND ANTICORROSION THERMAL COATINGS FOR DETAILS OF AUTO AND AIRCRAFT EQUIPMENT INSTEAD OF ENVIRONMENTALLY HARMFUL GALVANIC COATINGS
Purpose of the development:
The developed coating designed to replace environmentally harmful galvanic coating of cadmium and chromium in automobile and aircraft industry, in the printing industry.
Recommended application field:
Auto, air, shipbuilding and mechanical engineering, printing industry.
Advantages over analogues:
The corrosion rate of thermal spray coatings in seawater 1.7-2.0 times lower than the rate of galvanic corrosion cadmium coatings, their abrasion resistance under conditions of sliding friction and a reversing friction 1.6-2.0 times higher durability galvanic chromium plating. Furthermore, guidance amorphized surfaces in the internal compressive stress (700 MPa) leads to an increase of 10-35% on the fatigue strength of the deposited items.

Description of the development:
() Created materials (iron-based powders and nickel alloyed with boron, chromium and molybdenum) and the technology of thermal spraying of wear and corrosion resistant coatings on automotive parts and aircraft equipment to replace the environmentally harmful coating of cadmium and chromium electroplating method. In thermal spraying developed powders ("AMOTEK-101") in the coating formed amorphous microcrystalline structure.
Testing of piston rings for diesel engines SMD-62, D245, 8DVT with thermal coatings from powders "AMOTEK-101" and the PG-Jf1 instead of electrolytic chromium plating showed that the coatings increase the life rings twice. Tests AHTK them. Antonov aircraft rods cylinders AH-124, AH-225 coated "AMOTEK-101" showed that the wear of the coated rod is 1.7 times lower than the galvanic chrome plating.
