The developed technology provides arc welding thermal cycle, eliminating the possibility of the formation of hardening structures and cracks in the heat-affected zone, despite the cooling effect of the pumped product, and allows you to control the size, structure and properties of heat affected zone of the welded joint. The diameters of the repaired pipeline - 152 ... 1,420 mm; Minimum wall thickness - 4 mm; the maximum pressure in the conduit for repair - 7.5 MPa; diameter ratio crashed taps and pipelines - 0.1 ... 1.0.
