NEW TECHNOLOGIES OF REPAIR AND FRAMES USING ARC WELDING FOR EXISTING OF MAIN PIPELINES
Purpose of the development:
The new design and technological solutions are recommended for widespread use in the reduction of the carrying capacity of pipeline sections that are corroded, connecting new consumers or small fields to major highways, and through the local repair of surface defects, corrugations, nicks, etc. without draining the pipelines for various purposes.
Recommended application field:
Repair and rehabilitation of pipelines, execution crashed taps.
Advantages over analogues:
New technological schemes of joining structural components (joints, tees, patches) to the pipeline pressure can significantly improve the safety and reliability of welding welds during operation, as well as protect the environment from pollution.

Description of the development:
() A fundamentally new approach to the arc welding in pipelines under pressure on them during the repair work, and tie-ins during the operation. The developed technology provides arc welding thermal cycle, eliminating the possibility of the formation of hardening structures and cracks in the heat-affected zone, despite the cooling effect of the pumped product, and allows you to control the size, structure and properties of heat affected zone of the welded joint. The diameters of the repaired pipeline - 152 ... 1,420 mm; Minimum wall thickness - 4 mm; the maximum pressure in the conduit for repair - 7.5 MPa; diameter ratio crashed taps and pipelines - 0.1 ... 1.0.
