TRANSFER OF INNOVATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES

UTILIZATION TECHNOLOGY OF OIL SLUDGE

Purpose of the development: The technology allows to reduce environmental pollution by fuel oil storage tank cleaning sludge to dispose of this sludge as fuel, increase working capacity of fuel oil storage.

Technical characteristic: By adjusting the gap between the stator and the rotor can achieve a desired size particulates. Intensive treatment processes allow to obtain particle sizes of 2-6 microns solid. The resulting mixture is fed to the input of the HCA is also supplied from the fuel oil storage tank oil. The resulting mixture is homogenised and milled slurry oil, about 1:20, it enters into the intermediate container of 3-4 cubic meters that is part of the installation where the pump is supplied for combustion or to a storage tank. Exemplary parameters processed slurry: 30-40% moisture, 50-60% organic matter content, ash content 2%. As a result of such processing sludge and mixing the resulting product with fuel oil 3% moisture and ash content of 0.2 in the above ratios is formed new fuel with a moisture content - 4.7% and an ash content of 0.21% (TU ash content should not exceed 0.3% ).

Advantages over analogues: - Full utilization of sludge; - Increasing the total storage capacity of 5-10%; - Fuel savings in the amount of 4-8% of the volume of storage; - The absence of dumping sludge.

The development stage readiness: Ready for application

Description of the development:
()
The need for fuel oil storage tank sludge disposal due to accumulation of sludge deposits in the bottom of the fuel oil storage tanks. Reset these slurries lead to significant environmental contamination by organic compounds, and the removal and disposal of sludge by third parties are associated with considerable costs. At the same time, sludge incineration leads to fuel savings because calorie sludge close to heating oil and fuel oil storage tank is located in one up to 5-7% of such deposits. The proposed technology provides grinding sludge on rotary pulsation apparatus (RPA) to the mixing of the crushed mass of fuel oil on the homogenization of cavitation devices (HCA) and the burning of both conventional liquid fuels. The sludge from the tank is loaded into a hopper of the extruder with a hollow auger, where it comes to the Republican Party. RPA and an extruder to form a disintegrator. The disintegrator is pumped through a pipeline from the oil tank. Thus, the grinding sludge disintegrator is in the presence of oil, with the particulate slurry mixing is performed with fuel oil in the ratio of 1:20 ~. RPA is a mill with a conical rotor surface has longitudinal slots. The rotor rotates within a stator having the same shape and the longitudinal slot, wherein the gap between the stator and the rotor gradually decreases in the direction of motion of the processed slurry. Sludge mixed with fuel oil at a temperature of 60-80 ° C is fed by gravity to a larger area of ??the gap. As the rotor rotates at high speed, centrifugal force throw the liquid from the rotor, the liquid is subjected to large shear stresses, which in combination with centrifugal forces grinds solids. Furthermore, the combination of protrusions and notches upon rotation of the rotor causes the impact force and shearing falling particles.
