ENERGY EFFICIENT TECHNOLOGIES FOR DRYING OF DISPERSED MATERIALS
Purpose of the development:
Vacuum equipment for drying of dispersed materials.
Recommended application field:
Agriculture, food industry (cereals, maize, sunflower, etc.); pharmaceuticals (drying brown coal, etc.). chemical industry (medicinal plants); woodworking industry (drying sawdust); energy industry (drying zirconium, chalk, etc.).
Advantages over analogues:
1) Energy Efficiency: Reducing energy consumption by 2-2.5 times in comparison with conventional technologies; does not require the use of fuel. 2) For the drying of plant products - environmentally friendly: no pollution fuel combustion products; maximum heating temperature 50-60 ° C - retention of nutrients; the possibility of cleaning from light impurities and insects; bactericidal treatment.

Description of the development:
() Drying the particulate materials by means of thermal vacuum processing method. Drying occurs as the material passing through the vacuum heater manufactured in the form of a spiral. A heater heated to a given temperature, provides heat transfer between the heater and walls of the particulate material. In the heated state, the material enters the vacuum chamber, where the intense evaporation and removal of moisture vapor from the volume of the vacuum chamber. Each material correspond to their modes of vacuum drying that provides optimal use of energy and time to obtain the final product.
