Protective atmosphere produced on the basis of liquid nitrogen and liquid ammonia as the source of hydrogen, one cylinder which contains 9 times more hydrogen than the hydrogen cylinder with the pressure of 15 MPa. Before receiving nitric ammonia mixture is subjected to dissociation. The unit consists of ammonium ramp node providing nitrogen gas with liquid nitrogen, ammonia cracker capacity of up to 0.5 m? / h, neutralization reactor of oxygen in the mixture of nitric, drying block nitric mixture. The oxygen content in the mixture does not exceed 0,002% H20 - 0,012-0,04%, dew point - (-30 - -40 ° C).
