THERMORADIATIVE TECHNOLOGY FOR MANUFACTURING OF MAGNETIC MAGNETIC CIRCUIT (TTMM)


Purpose of the development: THERMORADIATIVE developed technology for manufacturing soft magnetic magnetic cores which are used as cores for the inductors, transformers, induction systems and other special-purpose induction elements for various purposes from miniature power supplies to the orbital magnetometers.

Recommended application field: Production of magnetic cores.

Advantages over analogues: Magnetic obtained by thermoradiation manufacturing techniques have a number of advantages over the traditional materials of the magnetic cores (transformer iron, permalloy, ferrites). First of all - it is close to zero magnetostriction, high initial (1500 - 160,000) permeability and extremely low losses. Special treatments THERMORADIATIVE cores are obtained as linear (flat), and close to a rectangular loop of magnetization reversal depending on the purpose of use. Field achieve saturation induction thus can vary from 5 to 2500 A / m. In addition, the magnetic characteristics of the magnetic cores of these alloys are much less sensitive to changes in temperature in the range from -60 to +130 ° C.

TTMM based on the ability of high energy radiation to stimulate the formation of a domain structure in amorphous magnetic alloys and nanocrystals nucleation and crystallization during the heat treatment. TTMM essence consists in obtaining nanocomposite materials of amorphous alloys by means of special treatments thermoradiation. TTMM is a set of the following operations: - Smelted at 1600 ° C on the basis of a multicomponent alloy system base Fe-Si-B; - Preparation of the amorphous alloy ribbons by rapid quenching (10 6 -10 7 ° C degree / s); - Production of billets of magnetic tape and the 1st of electron irradiation or gamma rays; - Thermal or thermomagnetic treatment of blanks and finishing settings using the 2nd exposure; - Encapsulation of magnetic cores.
