Scientific-Production Enterprise produces and sells a range of equipment for super-fast (10 6 ° C / s) cooling the melt.

Description of the development:
() The proposed set of equipment for ultra-rapid cooling of the melt has the following functions:
- Heating and melting a powerful induction furnace portion of the initial alloy in the crucible with the gas atmosphere of a given composition;
- Manages the original pneumatic injection of the melt through the nozzle of the special form on the surface of the cold metal disk that rotates rapidly;
- Melt quenching process on the disk surface results in the hardening of the melt in the form of a thin ribbon of an amorphous alloy of a length of about 300 m, which is formed at a speed of 40 meters per second. Uniformity tape thickness and structural parameters is achieved by an automatic stabilization of the melt temperature, a predetermined gap between the casting nozzle and the surface of the disk rotation speed and the injection pressure of the melt.
