NEW FUEL SUSPENSION TYPE


Purpose of the development: Proposed combustible suspension (new type of fuel) for use in diesel engines and rocket engines.

Recommended application field: Production of energy fuel.

Advantages over analogues: In contrast to the known suspensions, for example, consisting of a mixture of pulverized coal and water or coal from a rheological additive (a mixture of sodium tripolyphosphate and sulfamelominformaldegidu) and water, has the following advantages: 1. When storage tank in known suspensions long combustible particles are deposited in the water while reducing the temperature of the environment possibly freezing the suspension, which is possible for fuel, which is offered. 2. When used in prior jet-water suspension occurs in the combustion chamber of steam which reacts with the carbon particles. Formed water gas (CO + H2), in which the combustion occurs CO2 and H2O vapor. In addition, the energy of combustion of anthracite (32,6-34,8) MJ / kg, lignite - 9.3 MJ / kg. The combustion of coal-water slurry combustion heat is reduced by 1.5-2 times (depending upon the concentration and grade of the coal), which does not occur when using the proposed fuel. 3. The use of the proposed suspension causes no corrosion and abrasion of the combustion chamber, the nozzles and pipes through which it is pumped, its heat of combustion is (40 ... 43) MJ / kg. 4. The high calorific value fuel supply and its guaranteed sedimentation stability (for at least 6 months) would save oil due to a significant decrease in slurry concentration kerosene and naphtha and additional hydrogen usage it certainly determines the advantages of fuel for use in turbines, diesel or rocket engines.

Composition lignite slurry, which can be used as a fuel, comprising: lignite with a particle size <250 microns as rheological additives - a mixture of sodium tripolyphosphate and sulfomelaminformaldegida as concentration Additive - aqueous suspension of brown coal with a particle size of <20 microns and sodium tripolyphosphate and water. Implementation of the proposed composition of the lignite suspension provides a liquid sedimentation stability of fuel (20-28 days) with a content of brown coal 56,8-60,56 wt.% With the effective viscosity 1,02-1,53 Pa * s. Such parameters of the proposed suspension of brown coal provides energy liquid fuel suitable for the transportation of pipes and direct burning in power generating plants.
