Purpose of the development:
It is proposed to finely divided homogeneous blend partially stabilized zirconia (HR) for the production of high-strength oxide ceramics. The project of technological instruction for the experimental batch of powders in experimental-industrial conditions.
Recommended application field:
Industrial enterprises that produce heat-resistant coatings, structural ceramics, solid oxide fuel cells.
Advantages over analogues:
HR blend has high refractoriness and strength, thermal and chemical stability, low volatility at high temperatures.

The product may be synthesized in vitro (in an amount of up to 15 kg / month), or a customer's capacity (3000 kg / month or more, depending on the equipment available).
Description of the development:
() MTI - white soft powder, cubic system with a density - 5.98 g / cm3, a water-soluble, organic solvents. The average molecular weight of 126.4, the content of ZrO2 - 97% mol., Y2O3 - 2,5% mol. Particle size at the diffraction line broadening was 100 A, according to analysis of variance - from 30 to 50 microns. The compound is not toxic and radioactive. The product is packaged in a plastic container.
Charge CHSDTS can be widely used in various technical fields (including in the military field).
Status of property scientific and technical production - a joint patent on the production of 40% - the developers, 20% - university, 40% - the customer (manufacturer) - partner.
