TECHNOLOGY OF ISOLATION OF COMBUSTIBLE COMPONENTS FROM WASTE GASES
Purpose of the development:
The technology allocation of combustible components of waste gases (hydrogen, carbon monoxide, methane) from a gas mixture (blast furnace, ferroalloy, coke, landfill, etc.).
Recommended application field:
The resulting gas mixtures may find application as:
- Reducing components for direct reduction of metal circulation or a blast furnace;
- Protective atmospheres for Khimki heat treatment of metals;
- Raw material for the synthesis of ammonia and methanol;
- A source of hydrogen for the refinery and other industries;
- Fuel gas with high calorific value.

Description of the development:
() The technology is based on the separation of complex gas mixtures by pressure swing adsorption.
The cost of developing the detailed design, depending on the performance and quality of the final product of 350 thousand. Up to 3.5 mln. UAH. The payback period of 2 years.
