Purpose of the development: Devices complete distributive series of compact TEL (hereinafter KRU / TEL) are designed for use as part of package transformer substations, distribution centers and other indoor switchgear for general industrial use. KRU / TEL serve for the reception and distribution of electric energy of three-phase alternating current frequency of 50 Hz for a rated voltage up to 10 kV networks with isolated neutral under normal and emergency operating modes of networks.

KRU / TEL formed from the required number of individual compact cabinets by their connections during installation. Cabinets KRU / TEL are unsealed frame-panel construction type, with a metal shell and consists of modules that differ in their functional purpose. The basic switching module comprises a vacuum circuit breaker BB / TEL, isolator, earthing switch, current transformers and voltage sensor of the capacitive type. The design of switchgear cabinets / TEL provides a one-way service. The width of the corridor of service for the management of the equipment should be at least 1500 mm. The distance from the rear wall of the control cabinet / TEL to the walls of the room required for installation and repair work, as well as to provide conditions for safe operation shall be not less than 600 mm.
