MULTILAYER FILM COATING TO REDUCE THE REFLECTION OF LIGHT


Purpose of the development: Proposers of development to create multi-layer thin film coating polymer-based nanocomposites using to reduce the reflection of electromagnetic waves in the optical range and the correction of the scattering function of light.

The goal was to reduce the possibility of indicating the objectives and guidance by means of optical radar in determining the origin of large-sized objects and mechanisms. As a result of studies were conducted studies and established the appropriate samples (24 * 36 mm) with a three-layer film based on polymer compounds, supported on plating conductor layer disposed on the deformed glass substrate. The thickness of the polymer coating was in the range 3-5 microns. The change in optical density layer is provided by changing the concentration of sensitizing impurities. The optical density of the layers increases with the distance from the free surface. On the free surface of the chaotic deformation created by applying a surface electric charge and subsequent heating to the melting temperature. Coating provides reduced reflection coefficient of 30-40% (depending on the wavelength of light). Optical measurements were made on the basis of factory Arsenal (Kyiv). Continuation of work can be done to determine the optimal environment for the creation of multi-layer films with an optical density gradients, absorption coefficients, and also for measuring the reflection coefficients.
