TRANSFER OF INNOVATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES

TRANSFORM TECHNOLOGY IN THE COMPLEX REHABILITATION IN THE MILITARY MEDICINE

Purpose of the development: In order to improve process control of complex rehabilitation in neurology and orthopedics using transform unit (TU), assisting the doctor and staff to develop the right solutions, designed and developed a cybernetic control system, which is based on medical information includes transform Technology (MITT).

Recommended application field: Physical rehabilitation to restore motor functions.

Advantages over analogues: Using the built-in functional stimulation (programmable neuromuscular electrical stimulation device when the natural movement) opens up possibilities for treating patients with severe movement disorders in which the use of electrical stimulation during walking is impossible or difficult.

The development stage readiness: Finishing off is required

Description of the development:
()
MITT - a set of tools, models, algorithms and software for the operation of TU as an independent unit and as an integral element of a comprehensive rehabilitation system containing a database of patient and knowledge about how to manage treatment modalities; provide support for the entire lifecycle of TU. Create MITT due to the necessity of optimal control of process of rehabilitation treatment, achieve better results through effective use of all the features set forth in the specification. It may be noted that the MITT feature is that the control object is the TU and the patient (Pa), wherein W itself is a management system for the Pa. Furthermore, MITT contains in its structure elements having transforming properties - to achieve the new target using them using previously unused properties or combinations thereof. Among the whole arsenal of methods of physical rehabilitation to restore motor functions of interest to those aimed at the restoration of walk (as a special case of recovery of motor function), which apply at all stages of treatment. According to the requirements of TU MITT designed as an external multi-anthropomorphic robotic device, whose goal is to accelerate the process of treatment (rehabilitation) injured with musculoskeletal disorders.
