Purpose of the development: The development is intended for the production of synthetic bioactive ceramic materials to fill bone defects and the full restoration of bone tissue - bioactive calcium phosphate ceramics, bioactive glasses and glass-ceramics and composites based on them, are permitted for use in medical practice in Ukraine and have been used successfully to restore full bone tissue in the defect due to trauma, tumor removal diseases.

Advantages over analogues: The properties of all these surgical materials are on par with the best foreign analogues, or exceed, or do not have their foreign counterparts. The effectiveness of even the first versions of these materials, previously developed and licensed clinical use, proven in hundreds of operations in various sectors of bone surgery. The cost of all materials in the 8-20 times less than their foreign counterparts.

It suggests improvements designed laboratory technology and introduction into clinical practice and war surgery complex materials that pass are now testing in experimental animals, - bioactive cement, concrete, sol-gel bioactive glasses and glass-ceramics, inorganic composites and composites with bioactive polymers for maloivazivnoy surgery binding fragments of bones, filling the complex treatment of infected bone defects and other complicated cases, recovery of bone tissue. The next stage - the completion of the development and introduction into clinical practice of the full range of the modified inorganic bioactive materials to rebuild the affected bone and simultaneous solution of other problems - delivery and local release of drugs to overcome the associated injuries, injuries and diseases, the creation of a depot of trace elements for the correction of homeostasis in the body as well as inorganic microbicides, biostimulating and immunokoreguliruyuschih preparations. The full set of proposed bioactive ceramic composites includes: 1) All types of bioactive calcium phosphate ceramics, bioactive glass, bioactive glass ceramics, composites of these phases, the sol-gel variants of these materials, powders, granules, blocks, model implants from these materials. 2) Bioactive cement - commonly used modern materials maloinvaziynoy surgery in injuries of bones, filling complex defects, fastening bone fragments and other purposes. 3) Bioactive concrete, foam biobetony functionalized complexly and bioactive ceramics. 4) cement, concrete and composites based on bioactive ceramics with biopolymers for the treatment of complex injuries and directional control process of bone tissue regeneration. 5) The bioactive nanostructured ceramic coatings on metal, ceramic, glass and other types of implants used in the restoration of the lost elements and functions of the bone system, the operations on the spine, skull, fastening bone fragments and the like. Such coatings significantly improve the biocompatibility of the implants and provide biochemical their surface fusion with bone tissue, accelerating the recovery and restoration of the physiological functions of the patients. The coatings are applied by a gas-dynamic deposition and may be made of any thickness, and of any of the above bioactive inorganic materials and composites, or any combination of these materials with each other or with a bioinert ceramic materials, including the use of such components that actively interact with each other at high temperature coating method, and guaranteed retention of chemical composition and structure of all the elements of coverage, the highest biocompatibility, no adverse reactions to the cover. The coating may be applied to surfaces of arbitrary curvature, threaded surfaces, their mechanical properties also permit significant deformation without breaking coating products.
