Purpose of the development: Grain separator “GORIZONT-K” is attended to clean agricultural plant grain from large, middle and light additives at power-driven barn floors, elevators, ZAV and other objects of grain processing. Separator allows performing following operations: preliminary cleaning, primer cleaning, secondary cleaning (sorting, calibration).

Recommended application field: Agriculture.

Possibility of arranging a double air separation of grain (at the entrance to the sieve body and on exit from it), provided the additional installation of the air separator ВСН or ВСЗ air separator; 6. Grain separator “GORIZONT-K” is attended to clean agricultural plant grain from large, middle and light additives at power-driven barn floors, elevators, ZAV and other objects of grain processing. Separator allows performing following operations: preliminary cleaning, primer cleaning, secondary cleaning (sorting, calibration). Machine “GORIZONT-K” consists of flat-grating separator and aspiration column. Operating principle: Parent grain entering the machine through the suction inlet falls on the sieves, where it is being cleaned from impurities, which differ in size. Obtained fractions of cleaned grain and impurities are removed from machine through exhaust pipes. After that a grain enters into aspiration column KAO where it is blown by counter flow, thus cleaning of grain from light impurities is being performed. Separator “GORIZONT-K” can be equipped with air separator with a closed cycle air separator FAZ and open-loop air VSN. In this initial product first enters the air separator FAZ or BCH, then - on the plane-sieve separator, then to the suction column. Separator “GORIZONT-K” can be equipped with air separator with closed air circle VSZ and separator with open- air circle VSN. Thus initial product firstly enters into air separator VSZ or VSN, than – to flat-grating separator, than to aspiration column.
