PNEUMATIC SEPARATORS ÂÑÇ AND ÂÑÍ


Purpose of the development: Pneumatic separator ÂÑÍ: Pneumatic separator is designed for grain cleaning from impurities differing in their aerodynamic qualities. It can be used in barnyards, grain storages, mills, feed mills and cereal plants. Pneumatic separator ÂÑH is designed with an open air cycle. Air is entering the operational area from outside and later is returned into the atmosphere. The ÂÑH separator has a setting chamber where light impurities are separated. To avoid dust emission the processed air has to be additionally purified. The pneumatic separator of this type is simpler in construction but needs an additional cyclone and ventilator installment. Pneumatic separator ÂÑÇ: Pneumatic separator is designed for grain cleaning from impurities differing in their aerodynamic qualities. It can be used in barnyards, grain storages, mills, feed mills and cereal plants. Pneumatic separator ÂÑÇ is designed with a closed air circuit. After airing the grain and screening the light impurities the product leaves the work area and enters the setting chamber where it is cleaned of impurities, and then fed back into the work area by the built-in ventilator. No need to install an external fan, cyclone or air circuit, which allows for smaller size, as well as a significant reduction of emissions into the atmosphere, and energy efficiency that allows for better heating during the cold season.

Pneumatic separator ÂÑÍ: The raw material enters the pneumatic separator pneumatic separating channel where it is aired by ascending air created by the separate cross flow fan. The purified product then drifts from the machine. Light impurities entrained in the air are separated in the sediment chamber and are discharged by the screw conveyor. The processed air has to go through the additional purification in order to avoid the dust emission. Therefore, this type pneumatic separator is structurally very simple but requires additional installation of the cyclone and the ventilator. Pneumatic separator ÂÑÇ: The raw material enters the separator pneumatic separating channel where it is aired by ascending air created by the cross flow fan. The purified product then drifts from the machine. Light impurities entrained in the air are separated in the sediment chamber and are discharged by the screw conveyor and air is blown into pneumatic separating channel for future use.
