Purpose of the development: Pneumo-sorting table СПС is used in the grain legumes, oilseeds and cereals, from hard-separable impurities different from the main grain in shape, surface properties, and specific gravity purification. Pneumo-sorting table can also be used for the selection of mineral impurities.

Technical and economic effect: Due to the regular vibration of the working surface, and the air flowing through the spout to the throttle valve and the longitudinal and lateral tilt, a quality product sorting is provided. All heavy impurities remain on the mesh and are sent through the exit nozzle under the longitudinal motion. Regarding the light particles, all of them are air directed to the sides of the deck and are discharged through the nozzles located on the sides. Heavy impurities are directed the opposite way - to the horizontal valve deck. This valve allows you to create a countercurrent circulation of adjustable speed air flow. With this circulation grains can be separated from the stones that fall to the container bottom. Air participating in the stratifying process, may comprise the lighter product fractions or dust and thus subjected to a thorough cleaning in the filter or cyclone.

Stones and other impurities that differ from the grain in shape, specific gravity, and surface properties are separated with this method. The material must be cleaned it in a sieve-air separator and grain separator beforehand, and have the necessary humidity degree. The use of the pneumo-sorting table is advisable on grain cleaning production lines and in grain cleaning units. Grain processing: The product enters the machine through the loading spout, due to a special valve is gets evenly distributed on the inclined deck. The valve stops the air passing through the loading spout from getting into the machine. The air blown deck is trimmed with a special metal mesh and the table performs the longitudinal oscillatory motion due to the dispenser that provides a regular air flow.
