LASER SYSTEMS AUTOMATIC DETECTION SNIPER AND OPTICAL OBSERVATIONAL


Purpose of the development: Creating a universal compact laser system capable of automatically locating and remote location sniper determine the distance to it, and to establish the fact of CCTV and exploration of the protected object in difficult conditions of the terrain, followed by the implementation of wireless data transmission to mobile or fixed control point. The information obtained is used for the adoption of appropriate counter-terrorism measures. Detection of optical reconnaissance and covert surveillance of the protected object to prevent a terrorist act at the stage of its preparation.

The operating principle of the system is based on the well-known optical effects of light return (the so-called effect of "cat's eyes"), in which light is reflected from the optical system of strict monitoring of any device in the opposite direction. In this reflection occurs within a solid angle field of view optical system, the focal plane is usually located reflective materials (glass cross-type rifle scopes and binoculars, CCD, photocathode, retina, etc.). The reflected laser beam forms on the receiving display bright glare . System operation is to scan a laser beam a given sector of the space in the direction of potential threats, the return signal, the automatic detection of the highlight from the sighting optics of the background noise interfering with the formation and subsequent identification data for transmission to the consumer. The process of detecting snipers and optical reconnaissance is carried out automatically as a result of filtering algorithms active and passive jamming. This guaranteed the detection of snipers in the case on the sighting optics, anti-reflective coatings or anti-reflective nozzle is provided through the use of multi-frequency laser and new algorithms for spectral analysis of images. The system consists of a module forming a multifrequency laser distance measuring unit, sensitive television (day / night) high-resolution camera, the microprocessor control unit and the information processing apparatus of wireless data transmission, the scanning device, and a remote power supply unit of the laptop. The system operates in the daytime and night-time and is able to detect any optical means (optical sniper scopes, binoculars, photo and video cameras, laser range finders and optical surveillance) at a distance of 2000 m. This provides eye-safe operation of the system due to the formation wide laser beam illumination. All the received video data and other information transmitted to the mobile or stationary control unit by wireless communication and can be observed through the Internet anywhere in the world in real time. Laser sniper detection system can be used in stationary version to mount on a tripod or different brackets, the mobile version when placed on the multifunctional platforms or cars and air option when placing an unmanned vehicle on the light - multicopter.
