Purpose of the development: The developed complex application models used water organizations in the structure of the State Water Resources Agency of Ukraine for long-term development strategy climatologically optimal water management and drainage systems, as well as to improve the overall environmental and economic performance of complex natural and man-made systems of Rivne region in terms of climate change.

Recommended application field: The project's results have an extremely broad prospects for the use of credit, research and higher education institutions in related fields of water, agriculture, environmental protection and economic research in these areas.

Technical characteristic: The results allow to create and put into practice the principle of the optimal climatological adaptation decision-making in water management, land reclamation and other complex natural-technical complexes and systems to climate change.

According to the results of the project theoretically grounded new scientific approaches to the development of principles of design and implementation of applied models of long-term forecasting of meteorological conditions for their further use in making climatologically optimal and adaptable solutions to water management and drainage facilities and other complex natural-technical complexes and systems in terms of changes climate and the structure and the necessary requirements for the methodical, information and software implementation of these models on a computer.
