Purpose of the development: Delinter МВP-1,5 is designed to remove the hairs from oat exfoliation products. Used in groats mills departments for processing oats.

The delinter operates in the following manner: having entered the working chamber raw materials are stirred vigorously by the working bodies. As a result, intergranular friction and grain sieve shell friction occurs and the grain separates from the hairs. Thus removed hairs are sieved through the screen frame and the processed grains are discharged through the outlet nozzle. Additionally, it can be equipped with an aspiration channel to remove light impurities.
