TEK used in heating and hot water for industrial and household purposes, including working capital systems. In accordance with the operating conditions and requirements of the process units are used for the preparation of emulsions and supenzy, in heating oil, chemical solutions, and sea water. Installation consists of the capacity of a special mixer and pump, which closed the pipeline into a single system. Pump driven by an electric (or diesel) engine, delivers fluid to the mixer. Heating was carried out in a mixer by the emission of thermal energy in the collision of the liquid streams. Gidrotermoochistitelnaya unit is equipped with automatic control unit, which provides: - Control and maintain the desired temperature of water in the radiator (upper and lower limit); - Protection against motor phase failure, the combustion winding voltage and current fluctuations than 5%, the phases skew voltage of more than 10%; - Emergency shutdown when the temperature limit. The unit is mounted on vibration dampers and connected by flexible metal hoses to an existing heating system, boiler, or other container.
